1. Revision Policy

Aero Publishing provides revisions according to the service package purchased by the client.

Revision Guidelines

  • Clients may request revisions to ensure project satisfaction.
  • Revisions are provided without additional charges when requests remain within the originally approved project scope.
  • Standard revision turnaround times may vary depending on project complexity.
  • Requests involving significant changes, new requirements, or modifications outside the original scope may require additional fees.

Fair Usage Policy

To maintain service quality for all clients:

  • Unlimited revision packages are subject to reasonable and fair use.
  • Excessive revision requests that substantially alter the original project direction may incur additional charges.
  • Aero Publishing reserves the right to evaluate revision requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to provide fair and transparent service to every client.

Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours

  • Clients may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided work has not commenced.
  • Approved cancellations may be subject to a processing and administrative fee.

Before Initial Deliverables

If cancellation occurs before any project materials, drafts, consultations, or deliverables have been provided, clients may be eligible for a partial refund after applicable fees.

Partial Refund Eligibility

Where work has already begun:

  • Refunds may be prorated based on completed project milestones.
  • Consultation services, completed writing, editing, formatting, design work, publishing submissions, marketing services, and approved deliverables may not qualify for refunds.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests may be denied if:

  • Final deliverables have been provided.
  • Publishing or distribution services have been completed.
  • The client has approved submitted work.
  • The project has substantially progressed.
  • The client becomes inactive for an extended period without notice.
  • The client changes direction after approving project materials.
  • Services have been fully rendered.

All refund determinations are made at the sole discretion of Aero Publishing management.

3. Project Inactivity & Reactivation

Successful project completion requires active collaboration between both parties.

  • Projects may be placed on hold if no communication is received from the client for 15 consecutive days.
  • Extended inactivity may require additional onboarding or reactivation fees depending on project status.
  • Clients may request temporary project holds by notifying our team in advance.

4. Satisfaction Commitment

Aero Publishing is committed to providing professional publishing services and maintaining high-quality standards.

Our services may include:

  • Book writing
  • Ghostwriting
  • Editing
  • Proofreading
  • Book formatting
  • Cover design
  • Publishing assistance
  • Marketing support
  • Author branding services

If deliverables do not align with approved project specifications, reasonable revisions may be provided according to the purchased package.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership rights transfer to the client only after:

  • Full payment has been received.
  • Final project approval has been granted.
  • Deliverables have been provided.

Ownership After Refund

If a refund is issued:

  • All intellectual property rights remain with Aero Publishing.
  • Refunded concepts, drafts, designs, manuscripts, files, and creative materials may not be used, reproduced, distributed, published, or modified by the client.

Clients remain responsible for obtaining any desired copyrights, trademarks, ISBN registrations, and other legal protections associated with their work.

6. Delivery Policy

Project timelines vary depending on the service purchased and project complexity.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Estimated timelines are provided during project onboarding.
  • Deliverables are generally provided electronically through email or secure file-sharing platforms.
  • Rush services may be available at additional cost.
  • Delivery estimates do not account for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or client inactivity.
  • Aero Publishing is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Communication Policy

For security and project management purposes, official communications should be conducted through approved company channels.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Reviewing drafts and deliverables promptly
  • Providing timely feedback and approvals
  • Maintaining communication throughout the project

Failure to review communications or respond to project updates does not constitute grounds for refunds or disputes.

Certain services may involve third-party platforms, vendors, publishing marketplaces, payment processors, or distribution partners.

Use of third-party services may require acceptance of separate terms, policies, and conditions.

Aero Publishing is not responsible for:

  • Changes to third-party policies
  • Platform suspensions
  • Marketplace decisions
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • External system outages

Support availability may vary based on business hours, holidays, project volume, and operational requirements.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aero Publishing shall not be liable for:

  • Business interruptions
  • Publishing platform policy changes
  • Third-party service disruptions
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.

  • Aero Publishing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
  • Continued use of our website or services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
